    my dad accidentally brought chocolate milk so for dinner I make an isolate chocolate milk protein shake with banana and blueberries. I eat right 1200 cals but burn 2700 cals so really not helping my weight gain lol.

    Before you ask me how I burn so much cals, I walk to work, walk back home for lunch, walk back to work, then back home. I also lift heavy for 45 mins and do cardio for 35
