The comparison between the Tuskegee experiments and vaccines is that the black people were used as test subjects and were allowed to go home with documented syphilis. If it happened in the past, why could it not happen now? That wasn't even too long ago, it was ongoing even after the Civil rights era. If you want to call black people anti-intellectual for being cautious about this s***... go ahead, but don't pretend to support these guys lol. I'm not anti vax btw, I just find it funny when people think being anti-vax is the worst s*** ever when it's justified

understandable, but there are literally
elderly people being given the vaccine, right now, of all colors. you can go right now and take it as a trial run, as many folks have already. there have been many non-black people that have taken the vaccine. the study experiments targeted a HBC. the Pfizer trials have been conducted in multiple sites.

if folks don't wanna take the vaccine, that's fine. but they better stay home and mask up.

It's not even just Tuskegee lol black people's mistrust of doctors and medicine goes back to slavery because of all the wild and inhumane s*** they were doing to us.

Like the actual audacity of people to try and imply we're being too paranoid. As if doctors to this day aren't still f***ing over black people IE: black women leading in deaths during childbirth.
