It would be funny but it’s not for high quality music
Just blaze got some of the most quality beats ever with the classic “JUST BLAZE” tag
Nah Mike doing a Quincy tag woulda been crazy
QUINCY ON THE BEAT NIGGA
WHOOOO !!!
HEE ! HEE !!
Just blaze got some of the most quality beats ever with the classic “JUST BLAZE” tag
it totally is
Not really, great for mixtapes and trap music but not really for a high quality album
Why do u hate to say it hating ass nigga
Cause he’s the most pretentious and elitist producer in the game at the moment. Dude thinks just cause he knows the definition of a chord progression and used an orchestra 3 times he’s some next modern day Beethoven who perceives music better than his peers.

There’s expectations to every rule Just Blaze is an anomaly
The amount of times rappers go without paying their producers is too much. Best watermark your s***, music is a product at the end of the day
It depends. Some producers really don't need an adlib or tag because their production kind of speaks for itself.
Tags are cool especially when they actually enhance the beat (Metro on FSMH), but I feel like 90% of the time it's whatever. There's also times where tags f*** up a song or make it annoying.
“Tryna do the right thing with the freedom that you gave me
WHEEZY OUTTA HERE”
Niggas acting like they’ll turn the song off because a 2 second tag
lmfaooo i swear its crazy what ppl on here will act like elitists over
Not really, great for mixtapes and trap music but not really for a high quality album
This doesn't sound cheap at all
Literally just a dope detail
Also let’s not forget that one of the best songs of the decade has the classic young thug “METROOOOOO” tag on it
@KIN timeless music
if you get recognized by your tag, that's cool.
if you get recognized just by the production itself, that's f***ing baller.
“If Young Metro Don’t Trust You I’m Gon Shoot You” tag made Father Strecth My Hands even better. And probably boosted Metro even more.
A Snapple fact
Yeah I see where he coming from overall but he’s clearly missing something in his self reflection here not just how he sees Metro and Mike Will but how he took Kanye’s perspective
Yeah he ain’t have a tag but you knew the song was Ye. Some people show it through their styles or drop things like Timbaland and others have a tag
Kanye mighta been against a tag but he def wasn’t against establishing a brand how you can which he himself did in the early 2000s

ktt posters be like
scurry along lads! we musnt listen to this CHEAP music
Can you imagine hearing “Produced by Malay” on Pyramids by Frank or “A Jai Paaaaul production” on Jasmine
Leave that s*** to the mixtapes
most the "legendary producers" from Kanye's time always at least had adlibs or the artist saying they name on the beat (Timbaland a huge culprit of this lol)
timbaland was a very hands on producer tho he wouldn't just send a beat he really crafted songs from the ground up and basically was a recurring feature on albums he produced with aaliyah and justin timberlake
If BRIAN ENO don’t trust u I’m Gon shoot ya
