    Nah Hit Boy is hard

You can argue that there are more “innovative” producers out there but Hit has more range than a lot of producers

Nigga been around since Polow Da Don was hot and has managed to keep his name in the discussion of the hottest producers from his gen. Dude is very prolific. Been on a run for the past few years after his crazy run in the early 2010s

He’s working with Nas rn and the production works perfect for a rapper like him. It’s not like he’s giving these beats to Kanye. Would I love to hear Nas on Made You Look tier beats for a whole project? Absolutely. Realistically that’s asking for a lot lol Nas is in a great space

He’s an OG but these last few projects brought him the most hype he’s had since LIG. He never released a string of high quality projects at this rate. You can tell he’s in a zone and it’s cool to see

Far as Sean goes there’s not much Hit Boy can do tbh. Big Sean has never had the most impressive ear for beats and only explored a small range of topics so musically his ceiling was never that high. A Hit Boy track wasn’t gonna fix that

I feel like if Hit Boy locked in with somebody like Vince or Rocky he could show he can still go left

Nas found a modern producer who has reignited his creative fire and buzz. KTT mad cause 1) Hit-Boy called Kanye out after surviving career sabotage from one of the biggest producers ever and 2) Nas found a modern sound that fits him and isn’t doing an Alchemist or Preemo album for the dustheads

    F***in spittin
Although I wouldn’t mind him gettin back wit preemo

"Special like my listeners who have attachments to my old style
    Won't let me pass it"

"The Nas enthusiasts thinkin’ they know what’s best for me
More than I know what's best for me, no rest for me"

Y’all aren’t used to a rapper that can actually keep up with beats but that’s a conversation for another day
