That's truthfully f***ed up and very sad that this happened, but you have to admit, the video looks a bit like Jack Harlow has Sean Price in a full nelson
15 minute chokehold because of aggressive yelling?
Need the "more" to this story. Otherwise... mr. Marine should have some consequences here.
As annoying as homeless people are they are at the highest risk of getting robbed, beat up, stabbed , pissed on etc.
They get f***ed up by society and nobody really cares.
And he was released without charges
dude literally killed him for yelling to himself
Dead wrong for that, in no way does that require being choked for 15 mins.
America hates homeless people so much, that when they are randomly murdered police don’t even TRY to pursue the case.
Society protects the elite and s***s on the weak, and when you are at the very bottom , the homeless are literally treated like 2nd class citizens.
This video is cold hard proof that as it is currently in todays society, they don’t have human rights.

"As annoying as they are" But that's real, I know exactly what you mean by that

The more is that this is NYC and situations like this can go wrong in a heartbeat and as citizens and subway riders we are always on high alert when it comes to aggressive homeless individuals
Unfortunate that he passed away but I'm sure most straphangers were appreciative that someone intervened and eased their minds
I doubt most people ITT live in the city and understand the climate. Regardless I believe he will eventually face charges of some sort.

Understanding why someone (the marine or any other citizen) would behave like this is one thing given the climate, but are you softly suggesting that because this is normal, possibly appreciated, and sometimes "necessary" that the person choking the dude out wasn't wrong in any capacity with the known circumstances of this situation?

What are you even talking about? He asked if there's more to the story.
The more part is that this is NYC and the man was on the subway being aggressive and threatening passengers. There are instances daily about being assaulted, pushed into train tracks, spat on, etc by homeless.
There is a heightened level of alert over here, especially on the subway. That's all it came down to
That's why we need more cops on the subway

That isn't what I said at all. I just explained why a situation like this ended this way and why not many people rushed to intervene and tell him to let go or anything like that
You asked for a "more" to the story because I'm guessing you found it hard to believe someone wanted to subdue an individual for yelling and erratic behavior. People are very worried about stuff like this in NYC
I agree that it should be a manslaughter charge
