No it was all Travis Scott’s fault , he should have driven the ambulances and been the security . Also he should have jumped from the stage as soon as he saw anything happen and saved people. Even though most concerts he had people pass out in the past so he probably thought nothing of it. Also he should have shut the Venue down immediately at that point even though he doesn’t have that type of authority. /s
