When rappers create a image how do they not get exposed?
I know some of them actually turn into the person they claim they are but how are they able to lie about their past without someone exposing them and tainting their image?

only extreme cases see any sort of consequences (e.g. rick ross or that kid who lost a lil uzi feature for snitching)
it's called pr team (?)

did rick ross see any consequences? seems like he only got bigger after he got exposed?
Cuz actings easy
Rappers get exposed all the time but we don't always hear about it because they aren't big names. If they ain't exposed yet it will happen eventually. Everyone including Eminem,21 Savage or Doja Cat gets exposed for lying about something
Labels got A&R teams that come up with stories and narratives to talk artists into doing and they do a good job of cleaning their past on social media so it takes time to dig up the truth

" Travis Scott is a producer "
Another season of beats stolen/made by someone else since now Travis got money to paid for it
Try again.
Update:
I'm a big fan of Travis music. But lets be honest...this nigga is a crazy ass liar since day one

I mean that’s literally just an assumption
Because people like to hear movie-like stories but they don't really want them to be real.
I mean it's cool to hear about how Pusha T was moving trucks, but we don't really want there to be a person who indirectly killed hundreds of people and ruined thousands of lifes just to get some bucks.
So to a degree, it's better in that case that he actually didn't do it on such a big scale.
The same with people like Rick Ross, etc.
People kinda want raps to be true, but at the same time they'd rather not endorse an actual criminal.

What happened to Ross

He played beats for Ye, and Hit Boy who was in the studio said: Yo, man, that's my beat
It's honestly because of white people, and there is no way anyone can disagree with that.
Rappers are pro wrestlers. If you don't know that by now, you might actually be stupid

? Drake is real asf man
Travis is a fraud I believe he steals beats
He’s a producer confirmed by many of his frequent producer collaborators but I understand it doesn’t fit the ktt agenda
they all get exposed eventually because you'll always slip up in a lie in the long run.
social media is just feeding the people what u want them to see, so they just show u the persona that they want u to seem them as & nothing more. simple.
These dudes all in the same business signed to recording contracts, why would they expose each other?
