If you read 50 cent book he kinda admits he plays a character. It’s all a business at the end of the day

He’s a producer confirmed by many of his frequent producer collaborators but I understand it doesn’t fit the ktt agenda

Because people like to hear movie-like stories but they don't really want them to be real.
I mean it's cool to hear about how Pusha T was moving trucks, but we don't really want there to be a person who indirectly killed hundreds of people and ruined thousands of lifes just to get some bucks.
So to a degree, it's better in that case that he actually didn't do it on such a big scale.
The same with people like Rick Ross, etc.

People kinda want raps to be true, but at the same time they'd rather not endorse an actual criminal.

    What happened to Ross

people meme about him on the internet

and its still one of the worst cases of a rapper getting exposed as fake

    The Darkest Angel

Rappers get exposed all the time but we don't always hear about it because they aren't big names. If they ain't exposed yet it will happen eventually. Everyone including Eminem,21 Savage or Doja Cat gets exposed for lying about something

Labels got A&R teams that come up with stories and narratives to talk artists into doing and they do a good job of cleaning their past on social media so it takes time to dig up the truth

What lie did Em get caught up in? I thought he was 100% legit personally

  • Feb 3, 2022

    drake did it successfully

When rappers create a image how do they not get exposed?

I know some of them actually turn into the person they claim they are but how are they able to lie about their past without someone exposing them and tainting their image?

Labels hire teams of people to provide everything for them to make their image what they think the world wants to see
They provide rented cars, stylists with racks of designer clothes, social media teams to get the right message across, and people to scrub the internet of anything that could come back on them.

They do get exposed, it just trends for day and people move on by next week
