I'm not blaming them or anything, but Irish cuisine is basically potatoes, bacon, cabbage, and water, they've got some very good breads, but I think it's pound-for-pound the blandest cuisine out there, I love Ireland either way tho

im like sixth generation Canadian and eat more Indian, Mexican, Japanese etc than anything "British" I did have god level beef wellington when I was there recently though
