    Cause he’s been s*** since 2013

He dropped 2 good albums since then

But even if that’s the case his run until than should earn him more respect

This album was when Em was mostly around blacks and cut back on the honky s***. Niggas wasn't letting any rape or incest jokes make their way onto that album. Em had to bite the insides of his cheeks and resist the white corniness

it's sad how he never continued the path of TES, his most serious album. MMLP and SSLP sound very good (production, flows and rhyming are top tier) but the lyrics are too immature and rely too much on shock factor. TES was a step in right direction, I dont know what the f*** happened in Encore.

that was one of the earliest songs recorded for mmlp that's why it sounds out of place and like it was part of the SSLP era

Sorry bro but Stan, The Way I Am and Marshall Mathers are the only songs in MMLP that I can still take seriously in 2020. I dont care how good the rhyming, flows, beats and mixing were, the lyrics are cringe inducing.

On this album, you speak openly about being more successful because you are white.

Oh, definitely. It’s obvious to me that I sold double the records because I’m white. In my heart I truly believe I have a talent, but at the same time I’m not stupid. I know, when I first came out especially, being produced by Dre made it cool and acceptable for white kids to like me. In the suburbs, the white kids have to see black people liking you or they won’t like you. You need that foundation of legitimacy. The Beastie Boys — they had respect from the hip-hop community, and that’s what made them.

  • drips is kinda cringe. otherwise everything cool

At least he recognizes and admits it.
