Yes, rapper Young Jeezy used the art (presumably without permission) from Killing Them Softly, a film, for the cover of his mixtape It’s tha World. Pictures of both are above.

It’s come to my attention that artist Gorilla Zoe got away with copying the poster from the 2009 film Knowing for the cover of his 2010 mixtape Gorilla Zoe World. Both are pictured below:

It’s happened at least twice and I’ve posted the aforementioned two examples in this thread.
Maybe most of you are okay with art from the 2012 film Killing Them Softly or the 2009 film Knowing being stolen, but I’m not.
