Do those kind of fast food jobs count for much if r lookin 2 work in a restaurant?

depends on the restaurant, if its a high rated restaurant they might start you at dish washer tbh

Wouldn't recommend spending money on culinary school tbh

Ask the chef if you can start doing prep work in the kitchen. If not, try to get a line cook job for six months at some chain before moving on to bigger things

It costs money. Learning to keep up as a line cook is more important than technical ability. Technical ability can be taught.
