Maybe start slow and making healthier choices like drinking less alcohol or strictly drinking water instead of soda/juice. Also start eating complex carbs like oatmeal that'll make you feel fuller for a longer time

since you are used to eating larger meals try only eating one time a day where you consume all the food for the day

I drink only water for the most part, I'll have a Starbucks or Dunkin drink on the weekends
I think I may have to go cold turkey on sweets and starches if possible, I think since I started college in 2014 I just became a reckless eater
Don't eat to excess. Enough to not be hungry, not enough to feel full. Do some sort of exercise, whatever you can be consistent with. It doesn't really matter what. Basically just adopt that habits of a skinny person.

Buy a charcoal grill. Pack of chicken breasts. Season them how you like and just do multiple things with the chicken throughout the week.
