I always wake up by myself at 9 in the morning but i have to wake up for a job at 7 which is f***ing hard. The difference is 2 f***ing hours, which is not a lot. Ive tried falling asleep earlier and it didnt work. I guess the fact that i dont wake up by myself kills my brain. What should i do? Its f***ing ed. I want to wake up early, its vibey.

Drink a cold water bottle (only half way) right before you go to sleep.

Exercise a lot in the afternoon and then get yourself ready for bed super early. Turn off all your devices and just try to sleep. Usually that works for me when I need to get up earlier than usual. If you’re establishing a routine it’s going to be difficult but you have to resist going on your phone because that will f*** it all up.

Just get up, honestly. There’s no rhyme or method to it.
I wake up three times a week at 4:30 to go do rotc workouts and 4 days a week at 5:30 to work out on my own.
Yeah it’s hard and sucks but your body will get used to it. I set an alarm and try to be in bed by 11 and going to sleep by 11:30 every night.
U just gotta get through it a couple of times till your body gets used to it. I dont think there is another way
You just wake up early. Then you will want to sleep earlier. You can't try and fix it by sleeping earlier first.
wake up at 5 am so by the team 7 comes around you're already wake, should help

You could maybe get one of those ‘natural light’ alarms but at the end of the day it’s just something you’ll need to build your body up to getting used to
