I mean how do i wake up easier? Its hard as f*** i feel like dying when i wake up. But when i wake up by myself im good.
You just gotta do it. Set an alarm and when it goes off just get up. Yeah it sucks but just get up. That’s all there is to it. After a week or so your body will be used to it
Always
Cut that out, or if you can't stop it completely, turn on yellow lighting for your phone/desktop/laptop or "night mode" so the phone isn't emitting blue lights that will keep you up
Work out or run in the day to burn energy, try and sleep earlier, even if it don't work just don't use a screen. It takes a while and it could suck for a while but your body adjusts
my early shifts i tend to always wake up 3-4 hrs before the shift plenty of time to get up make coffee , wash your face / brush your teeth, have your clothes ready , relax for a min , make a meal.

do u smoke weed, drink, or eat before u go to sleep?
u tried cocaine yet?
but fr me going to sleep knowing i gotta wake up early and visualizing it makes a difference for me
Idk I’ve been getting up at 6 for work for a couple years now and it still sucks every day lmao
Go to sleep a hour earlier.
Open your blinds in your room to let in light.
Set an alarm.
Drink a cold water bottle (only half way) right before you go to sleep.
It might make him pee bro
It’s a long process, I’m currently tryna fix my schedule myself but it’s just a matter of waking up early day after day and eventually you’ll get sleepy at the right time. I find reading a physical book (none of tht screen s***) before sleeping can help
i do three alarms in 15 minute gaps
the last alarm being the time I actually need to wake up
I'm actually in the same boat. Trained my body to waking up at 9am before my final semester last year, carried well into post-grad and now for my job I need to get up at 7 (earlier when remote is over)...
This s*** whack
