Apparently they ask u questions to see if ur fit for jury duty. I know ppl who've gotten off by basically acting like they have rly jaded values like I always trust police or just acting mad dumb

Also sometimes they will tell u they don't actually need u like the night before or some s*** so u can also just let it rock then check if they rly need u

Best way to do it is to go in and do everything you gotta do and then at some point they'll ask something like "does anyone have any biases or something that would prevent them from being a good judge of character"

That's when you're gonna see all the clowns pretending they can't speak english and s***

All you gotta do at that point is raise your hand and say you're racist or biased against cops or something happened to your family before blah blah. When I got out of it I just said I was racist cus I have family who were assaulted by people of color (shit isn't true just make up anything)

After that they let you go on your way and you're good for years

They actually let you be able to not go to jury duty if you have an actual valid reason. Just say you got school and can’t go. When I got called for jury duty they just said let the judge know the reason and they’ll get someone else. I’m in California btw, not sure about other states

Yeah they don't want anyone on the jury who will tell other jurors about the power of jury nullification. I mean throw everything at them, act racist and say all cops are b******s and that you cant wait to use your jury nullification and then start muttering in arabic or something lmfaoooo

really? in California also and I saw people try that last year when I had to go in for jury duty and the judge made them reschedule for the summer

I think those rules depend by county tho

I just told them that I thought letting random people decide someone else's fate was stupid and then they dismissed me

this all depends on how strict the county you're in is, some places won't resend

in my county they send you another one a few months later and then finally they send a letter saying they'll send out a warrant for your arrest lol
