like many things today, i agree with and support the message but can't get behind the organizations around it. people like Alyssa Milano don't care about women, they care about using women as tokens of political strategy. i wish the movement surfaced in a more decentralized manner because so many people think #MeToo was some astroturfed movement by democrats or something now and that dumb political conspiracy has overshadowed actual problems in our society

The movement itself is great. Women need a platform to bring s*** to light when the justice system is failing them all.

With that being said like with ANY movement over the years its been derailed, highjacked from black women by white feminisim. And people are creating spin off narratives to make the movement into something it isnt. So again at its core the me too movement is great and i hope women find justice and the creeps in power are properly dealt with.
