I've always hated cardio, but I know it's basically the best exercise you can do.
I heard if you can just make it past the 3 week mark it'll change everything
i ran my first half marathon at 12 lol
i get why so many people hate it but like i was doing this s*** before my balls dropped you feel
but either way runner’s high is pretty sick
mixing that with real d**** is sicker tho
It’s not that hard. Just take a deep breath every few hours or when you feel like it, do something you enjoy like drawing, think about positive things, order some food etc.

Lmao word.
I think running and meditation would change my life.
I need the exercise as we all do and it might get me out of my own head, which I for sure need to.
A puppy would be cool too. Might have to think about that one.

it’s a lot harder to run without music at the beginning, but once you can you think about s*** so clearly when you’re doing it
i’ve wanted to get into meditation for years, but i’m WAY too ADD to do it more than like once a month lol

Imma start this week man. Might progress report in this thread.
Working out. It keeps me grounded.
How so? Just wanting specifics to get me motivated
Running is amazing, you could be thinking so much while at it (long distance) but also don't have to like discard all your thoughts and be free. Runners are like freedom conoisseurs
If you a person with a religious faith I recommend going to your place of worship. They are accessible place of solitude, like it's funny cause its a communal space but you get to be on your own there
working out of course. Been thinking about getting a bike, but area around me is pretty dangerous for biking

I've never thought of going to church outside of service tbh. Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea. I'm religious to a point. Just not necessarily practicing anymore.
And I need freedom from my own mind. I get too in my head and focus more on my mistakes in the past rather than what's in front of me. So if I can turn running into a hobby I don't see any negatives to it.

Mentally it feels good just to see yourself progressing in something. With working out everything is quantified so it is easy to track your progress. Also, it just makes you feel prepared for all the inconveniences that you might run into throughout your day just because of how physically exhausting it is. Once I get out of killing myself in a gym lifting heavy weight sitting around at my job seems pretty easy you know. And it releases endorphins so naturally you feel good.

just put it on shoutout you
I finally started meditation. It has been great tbh. I didn't get to run much today but I plan on going full speed starting tomorrow
Read books. Because books allow you to meet people you would never meet in real life. Listening to someone older, wiser, and dealt with issues before you have, can make life infinitely easier.
Movies/tv, music, books, weed mostly edibles nowadays than smoking, writing, playing music, making music, lifting, playing basketball and tennis
