moderate to severe psychedelic experiences
Meditate
Become one with the truth of all your past experiences. More specifically the moments that made you feel pain, guilt or shame. And accept that was what happened. Forgive yourself. Purge all that s***. You will feel light and reconnected the true essence of yourself. Accepting your truth, and not being this “character” you molded based off the reaction to the past shortcomings . Not running from yourself
knowing that ALOT of people arent their authentic selves in the first place
everyone has a guarded version their public self
and a public self which is seperate from their pvt self
to be authenthic
means to be open
which means to vulnerable
to be comfortable with your own uncertainties
to be so comfortable with them, that it would make others happy
being authentic means making friends but also alot of enemies
it means standing up for you, whatever that you represents, even if it hurts others
even if you walk lef and they go right, u keep going
cause thats how u want it to be
and again, we are comfortable with uncertainty so if we end up alone, thats okay
its being a walking hypocrite too
its noticing how much the people around u are fake and self obsessed in a neg way
they not only use your authencity as something to hang onto
no also a punching bag for all their shortcomings
cause even tho u do aswel have shortcomings
u are one with them, so u never pity yourself, you reflect and accept
which is something they cant do, cause their masking their perfect, their walk and talk
so they feel exposed and vulnerable and therefor hate ur authentic self
cause to u its not "another loss or dissapointment" no its just signal, that u havent improved as much u like and that u will need to train some more, which is seen as brave
literally stop caring what others think. imagine you found out everyone you love was giving you a "palatable version" of themselves. just do you OP
That’s why no matter how nutty Ye is, I gotta give him his flowers for always being true to himself and saying how he really feel.
if someone is mentally ill and they're acting out, do you consider that authentic?
