People emphasise washing your hair but always forget that you have to moisturise it as well. Your scalp is skin. You moisturise every other part of your body do not leave out that part

    Note it

products like these are like the cigarettes of the skin/haircare world

your skin will get addicted to the ingredients and will punish you when you decide not to use them

they do not possess proper healing attributes youre gonna want and are a longterm "dryness" deterrent with mediocre results

    So what should I use?

I live it brooooo here's what I got for you

    1. drink lots of water and ingest less sugars and stuff w/ yeast, hydration helps keep your skin up
    2. do not pick at your dry skin, gently brush off and dont aggravate skin
    3. raw honey does great for killin fungal + hydrating - skindrone.com/articles/basics-of-treating-seborrheic-dermatitis-with-raw-honey
    4. biom8 is amazing (biom8.com) but you can also save some money and just buy seabuckthorn oil and make it yourself (i do this)
    5. aquaphor after a shower on your dry skin will lessen dryness, great s*** for tattoo aftercare too

t gel is good but use sparingly or else your skin gets dependent (esp if it works amazingly first time)

TIGI is a good and known brand of care products. If you specifically want a dandruff shampoo they have that too. Their shampoos are known to clean very well without drying your head. And a little goes a long way so their bottles last for a long ass time. Softens your hair and revitalizes in the morning. Also good for oily hair and you definitely feel clean after using it.

I've tried quite a few different brands and I've used TIGI's shampoo for like 6 months now, I don't see myself switching any soon.

American Crew, Every Man Jack and Redken are known and proven brands too. High quality products depending on your needs.

Cool I’ve been using the nizoral here and there with other natural shampoos. Might try these other 2 to see if I’m missing out on something

I went to a dermatologist a couple years ago and they told me I had either seb derm or scalp psoriasis.

Since then I've been keeping a good diet, as I noticed that dairy and like you said, sugars and stuff with yeast, made it worse. I also have been rotating 3 different shampoos, t gel, t sal, and nizoral, washing my hair 2-3 times a week.

Is this not a good enough routine for seb derm/scalp psoriasis you think? I don't really have flakes too often anymore, but noticed sometimes that my hair is dry. Gonna try the other things you just mentioned.

I suggest it. They definitely work for me. Ppl in the reviews complain about the t gel smell (it is coal tar), but I don't notice it in my hair after it's washed with conditioner. But it'll smell while you're putting it on, not a big deal to me.

Rotating shampoos is more than what I do

It's good to expose your skin to other products too if you've heard good things, try something. I do think Raw honey treatment is a waveeee
