Rotating shampoos is more than what I do
It's good to expose your skin to other products too if you've heard good things, try something. I do think Raw honey treatment is a waveeee
Yeah I've heard that too. Cool I'm gonna try raw honey, thanks for the tip.
Never had a problem with it, but my wife uses tea tree shampoo
tea tree is a GOAT too
for itch relief its a recommended beneficial oil
I use a cleanser shampoo, make sure to scrub (like a massage) my scalp with my finger pads, not the tips because the nails can make things worst. I use a deep conditioner, rinse it out, let my hair semi dry for bout a hour to two hours then apply leave in, curling custard, then I apply grease to hair n scalp then use oil too.
Make sure your water is not hard, if it's hard you'll notice white residue in your shower and your hair needs to be harder/dryer with the added minerals.
I just ordered a water filter for my shower so yeah
I use a ketoconazole shampoo once a week and that's about it
which one?
People emphasise washing your hair but always forget that you have to moisturise it as well. Your scalp is skin. You moisturise every other part of your body do not leave out that part
