I'm so swamped with work right now, but for some reason I keep checking my phone—looking in every group chat, refreshing IG, checking snap. I know I have to do my s***, but for some reason all I can get myself to do is see what the f*** is going on with other people or try and entertain other people. I'm definitely f***ing myself over in the long run and I realize that, but I can't just like check out and focus on my s***. It's like I have a weird subconscious fear that I might miss out on some s***, when in reality the only thing I'm missing out on is accomplishing my own tasks.

Put your phone in another room and set an a***og timer for 25 minutes. Work until the timer goes off. Go check ur phone for 5 minutes then come back. Set another 25 min timer and repeat.

it'll make u feel better. just get one small thing done then u can't beat urself up about not doing ANYTHING, and then hey, do another thing, etc

Helps to break down tasks and write them down. As you accomplish them check them off the list. I mean like a physical list. Do not be like "Oh I'll just use a notes app on my phone" because your phone is part of the problem.
same way you started doing everything else. you just do it. start small/big with breaks..however you gotta do it. just get it done.
