    notice the urge to check your phone when it pops into your mind, then dont give into it, it shouldnt be that hard once you notice yourself going to look at your phone subconsciously

    Tbh put your phone away from couple hours.

    Plus social media is a social construct where we ppl post the best image of themselves be true or not.

    Plus, your real friends/ family will understand your busy and need to focus.

    Just learning to prioritize is essential
