Not an immediate solution to lack of motivation but I like to build routines that I have to follow, meaning that I see certain actions as simply things I must do. For example, I’m just back from my run in the rain even though I was super tired because it’s part of my routine to run on a thursday.
I have no idea beyond that though lmao.

Covid messed with a lot of my routines but generally I’ll form a pretty solid routine after about four weeks. It helps if I use an app or something that records how I’m doing so that I have some accountability.
