    blender prices are gonna look stupid but they're worth it. i use a $100 ninja blender and it's good enough, i'd probably buy an even better one if i could go back in time

    don't buy that nutribullet s*** though it's good but it won't blend anything remotely thick

    I eat a small breakfast that I basically have to force myself to get down. Usually high calorie, high fat... a lot of eggs and avocado, peanut butter toast or maybe bacon or sausage on the weekend or if I get up early.

    Then, no lunch. Eating lunch while I work kind of makes me feel sick and sluggish. I wouldn’t even eat breakfast if I could get away with it.

    Then, I eat a pretty big dinner. I’ve been cooking at home a lot lately, and I’ll make 2 or 3 sides and some kind of protein every night, plus bread and butter, ice water and a beer or wine. I pretty much just go in on dinner.

    Just fry or bake like 10 pork chops at once

    Seasoning takes like 5 minutes max the rest is just waiting. Pan sear for like 4-5 minutes then bake for 6-8 at 400F. U good money

    Costco also sells precooked chicken. U can literally just eat it as u wish no cooking required. And the s*** is like a whole chicken an a half
