Tbh I eat a lot of the same meals. Salmon asparagus and rice has been my go to dinner for a min

I only eat 1 solid meal but I also sit in front of a computer all day and don't workout lol
I have a good feeling my eating will pick up once I start working out regularly again
I eat a small breakfast that I basically have to force myself to get down. Usually high calorie, high fat... a lot of eggs and avocado, peanut butter toast or maybe bacon or sausage on the weekend or if I get up early.
Then, no lunch. Eating lunch while I work kind of makes me feel sick and sluggish. I wouldn’t even eat breakfast if I could get away with it.
Then, I eat a pretty big dinner. I’ve been cooking at home a lot lately, and I’ll make 2 or 3 sides and some kind of protein every night, plus bread and butter, ice water and a beer or wine. I pretty much just go in on dinner.

Costco also sells precooked chicken. U can literally just eat it as u wish no cooking required. And the s*** is like a whole chicken an a half
