    I just snack throughout the day. Probably snacking 5x a day. I can't eat a whole American sized meal. Ever since I moved here. It's just too much.

    2 cups oatmeal, protein powder, 2 bananas, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, almond milk, and blueberries or raspberries

    i need like 3000+ cals a day though so if u did that u'd probably be set for most of the day cuz the oatmeal and yogurt alone is 1050 cals

    it settles after like an hour or two but with a decent blender it's smooth. u just gotta re-blend it

    I try to plan out whether I’m cooking, packing, or eating out for each meal of the day based on my schedule and time I have to eat which can very a lot.
