You have to realize you’re in a dream with a reality check or slip into it in a controlled way
Assuming we’re talking about like completely lucid dreams
I heard theres like two main methods to lucid dream
One is to enter through sleep paralysis
Another is to already be dreaming and realize ur dreaming by signs ( when u dream if u look at other people faces directly, their faces are usually distorted, clocks not working, stuff just not adding up) or u use a marker and tagged urself and make it a habit to check the marker so when ur dreaming u can check the marker and see if ur dreaming or not.
I heard sleep paralysis is the easiest way but sleep paralysis is a crazy experience
Before you sleep whack off with your butt cheeks out, listening to Mood Music
100% real
feel like lucid dreaming is easy to trigger. i practiced it enough to do it when i wanted to but i could never stay long enough for it to be worth it. it felt like 2 minutes i was lucid dreaming the next 20 i was in sleep paralysis. kept jumping in and out.
only astral projected once which is very interesting.. i really saw myself sleeping and left. didn't last long only made it past the front door onto the street before waking up. it's definitely possible.
all i remember to trigger it was laying flat like you're in a coffin, hands to your sides, clear mind kind of focusing on your body parts, fingers/toes?, then your chest will start to feel heavy and your body feels like it's shaking. felt like someone was sitting on your chest. i still had control at this point and could stop the whole thing just by getting up but the shaking just confirmed i was doing it right. full send.
that astral projection was the last time i tried to do either which was like 4 years ago. it blew my mind but it also scared me cause idk what i was messing with or how that s*** can be explained.
Go read The Phase by Micheal Raduga or watch the videos on YouTube, it's easy af
Ive had lucid dreams involving Kanye, lil wayne, rocky, Chief keef etc
Id say easiest moment to do it was right after waking up
And ur head is still "sleepy", u can then trick ur body/mind easiest to continue in this half state
Also i think my ADHD (daydreaming) plays a good role
wild ass post. i still don't understand that astral projection story. i could've just dreamt what i thought an ap experience would be like for all i know. definitely happened tho
but i lucid dreamt pretty easily recently after not having done it for years. the same is true as long as i sleep like i'm in a coffin i'll probably end up lucid dreaming
