should be an interview other way around too a lot of top companies expect it
Op you are making a mistake if you dont have memorized responses
Every employer is gonna have questions like "tell me about yourself" "when did you resolve a workplace conflict" "whats your greatest weakness" and you should have an entire paragraph scripted for each that you can say but still sound natural

what do you usually say for greatest weakness?
Biggest thing imo is doing research on the company, if you can find a way to mention something they've done or that they stand for that aligns with your values or goals it seems like they love that s***.
Also if they ask what are your biggest strengths and weaknesses you literally list a weakness and then correlate it into a strength.
The more interviews you go through the better you'll get it's just natural. Good luck though op
85k fresh outta school
op definitely a tech bro to have that high of an entry level salary.

S*** he's probably a finance bro tbh. I don't know many techs making 85k out of college. Mostly 50-60k's unless he lives high income area
That's just assuming that everyone doesn't lie here which feels that way sometimes.
Another important piece of advice I received is to not just blurt out the first thing that comes to your head if you’re not happy with your response. Sometimes it’s ok to ask them for a minute to properly respond to the question they asked and get your thoughts together. Obviously try not to stutter or say “um” and things of that nature. Good luck and you got this OP
Bring extra resumes
Looks sharp
Make eye contact the whole time, while the interviewer speaks and while you speak
Be confident
Those are the major keys
There are videos on YouTube, I know this is corny but there’s a channel
Called “how to adult” it’s a step in the right direction imo
Bro you need to practice answering every interview question you can find online. And when you think you know how to answer them all, practice again.
with that salary i assume you code so just do a lot of practice questions on sites like leetcode
Unshakeable confidence when you walk into the room make sure buddy understands you’re the guy he needs to hire
