From AG until 444 jay dropped 2 other albums (BP3 and MCHG)
In that same time period, Untitled and Life Is Good is actually the only albums that Nas dropped, so wasn’t really nothing to break up. Life Is Good is a great album but can it really stack up against AG, BP3, MCHG AND 444? Jay almost had a whole career through a period where Nas had one album. I think it’s beautiful that hit boy has given him some confidence and drive back because that time period was pretty sad
Again, this is detracting from what should simply be a thread appreciating Nas without comparison but MCHG and BP3 are horrible albums
You really take away from your own listening experience if you listen to every Nas song and album all stressed out trying to figure out how to make a compelling argument on a forum that Jay-Z is still better.

I'm gonna keep it real.
Nas > Jay Z in the 90s
Jay Z > Nas in the 2000s
Jay Z > Nas in the 2010s
Nas > Jay Z in the 2020s (so far)
I can accept this.
Your top three, I'm not number one, how could you post that?
Y'all better remind that :word:

If they don't say I'm the G.O.A.T, that's just silly behavior
They act like 2 legends cannot coexist
Both are treading uncharted waters that we’ve never seen before in the history of rap as far as longevity skill wise
I choose not to believe that someone who heard the "Meet Joe Black" hook came up with this thread
If you can't listen to Nas or Jay Z without constantly comparing them I will just assume you don't really enjoy rap music
