I'm all for doing whatever you want to your body, but at some point there has to be a line that these doctors can't cross when it comes to possible heath issues.

A lot of these IG models see the surgery as a short-term boost of esteem which generates positive attention, yet fail to realize they must maintain that physique (while balancing the pressure of their followers watching) which costs physical work (exercise) and extra procedures (due to the body changing over time).
