It's interesting how he's not changed up his sound for the majority of his career and is still one of the hottest artists out today

Like Future on a song in 2012 sounds exactly like one in 2020. Now obviously his flows, melodies, and rapping abilities have all grown, but his signature sound has remained the same.

Most artists (even Drake to an extent) have to redefine or grow their sound/image over the years, but not Future. And the only person who tried to mimic his sound was a one hit wonder and even then it didn't touch the OG.

Now this isn't a diss to Future at all, in fact quite the opposite. It's amazing how his voice and most of his music has aged like fine wine over the years

That's an extreme example try 2015-2019 and guarantee u can find hella similar songs

If you haven't listened to alot of future ofc you would say something like that. The foundation of his sound is still the same but he has advanced experimented and perfected it just like drake has.

  • Mar 27, 2020

because of twitter nerds posting memes about him

  • Mar 27, 2020

I don't know but I don't think I've ever gotten tired of an artist like Future. I was obsessed in 2015 and played DS2 every day for a while and now I don't anticipate his music at all

Drake grew out a beard, has used multiple different accents, and strayed away from the "soft" image and wanted to portray himself as a "mob" boss mixed with the ability to sing about heartbreak still.

He isn't an extreme compared to others, but yes Drake has redefined his image alot

He’s been doing all that since 2013 like you said Future was tho if you want redefined look at a guy like Thugga who changes flows constantly
