New gen descendants of Asian people in North America aren’t like this. I grew up with a lot of Asian kids & they moms would literally invite my ass for dinner (would cook halal meat too), come to my sports games & dap my parents up
We as the younger gen gotta move past these stereotypes. All my Asian boys got BLM in they bios

Nah, I get that. It's unfair for sure. Don't get me wrong. No one should ever go out of their way to prove they're regular human beings for anyone. Most black people traveling to Asian countries are pretty respectful and chill, so they don't have to worry about overcompensating or anything. It's on others to have some decency to see you as a human being.
Don't let any of the negativity stop you from having a good time in an Asian country you're visiting, though. Most black people I've come across who've traveled there would say they've had more good than bad.

How are you gonna expect to change anything when you're too busy giving them the stank eye and being passive-aggressive towards them?
Most people in homogenous countries are going to be wary of foreigners regardless of what skin color you are. You just gotta make sure to let them know you come in peace.
This is the prime example of how it's done. People love it when others are respectful towards them. Just smile and show them you appreciate and respect their culture.
