This is where it f***ed up the listening process for a lot of us at the time. He released 5 songs at least 2 months before the album dropped. Only 6 new songs on the final product (not counting the noted songs above). That's almost half the album. He either shouldnt have released songs off the album during GOOD Friday's or told the fans those were gonna be on the album.

10/10 album but I remember a lot of us being bummed out that we heard most the album being die hard fans at the time. He ruined the listening experience of one of the greatest rap albums OAT

No one is playing that Kanye and Friends album in 2020

KTT was heated when the tracklist dropped. Yet we all forget about that over the years and GOOD Fridays have become legendary. If the album is GOAT everything is forgiven

It was a whole era my guy, being a part of the experience of it all dropping is a huge part of why it is so highly regarded on top of it being a great album

Tbf if I remember correctly there were some changes to the GF songs that made the album

ppl were actually bumping ye then all the time and i found this site and lurked on it to find the leaks yall were fiending for and i realized i done heard almost every song on this album already

honestly stopped listening to mbdtf for a while and came back to it and rediscovered the goat album ever, prob between wtt-cs and then i learned to appreciate it for what it is

I wasn’t bummed because Good Friday’s was one of the greatest moments in hip hop and hearing all those songs in the context of the album was a beautiful experience.

I still don’t think anyone has matched the MBDTF era.
