He released 5 songs at least 2 months before the album dropped. Only 6 new songs on the final product (not counting the noted songs above). That's almost half the album. He either shouldnt have released songs off the album during GOOD Friday's or told the fans those were gonna be on the album.
10/10 album but I remember a lot of us being bummed out that we heard most the album being die hard fans at the time. He ruined the listening experience of one of the greatest rap albums OAT
Also don't forget he put most the other songs in the Runaway movie as well, some of them weren't in full but songs like Dark Fantasy we basically heard a solid demo of that.

I remember seeing the tracklist and couldn’t believe I’d heard most of it already. And for that reason it didn’t stick out as an instant classic to me. Such an average first listen.

GOoD Friday’s was a retroactive experience for me. I definitely listened to MBDTF when it dropped but I wasn’t that aware of everything else
