I’m wondering if there is anyone else ambitious who works more than 40 hours a week to try to get ahead of work and chase that next promotion and title and stuff. Or for people who have in the past, do you regret it?
Do you sacrifice other things for work right now? Do you think it’s worth it?
Like nothin lol
Yea I was making mad money at Frito Lay warehouse but I had no life and my body was in pain everyday. I was in good shape though.
But yea never again
But yea I don’t go above and beyond at any of my jobs unless it’s for the hoes there
No point in climbing corporate ladder
The best way to get salary raises are from getting a new job every year or two

i sacrifice my pain
and even lately I've been sacrificing the things that cause me depression
You must be really envious of your girl huh...
Y'all dragging it and I don't know you from a can of paint. Very weird energy.
Currently a lot of commuting. I accepted a job position over an hour away for a lot more money and a better opportunity. It’s only temporary as I plan on moving that way after saving as much money as I can

facts
10 hours of my day. money with barely any time to enjoy it. At least my savings will be pretty good i guess
Time. But I do so little at my job that I spend a lot of the time reading, sketching, online errands, etc so it’s not the worst time waste. Plus my coworkers are fun so it’s not the worst
Went from working maybe 10-15 hours a week to putting in 45-50
Well worth it since the new job is challenging and they're giving me a bag
