Does anyone ever feel like their life can feel "unbalanced" at times? Whether it be from being stuck in ruts, to doing too much of something that can feel overwhelming (I.e. spending too much money, smoking too much, playing video games too much etc.)
I've recently have been feeling like this and wonder if anyone else ever feels aware of this at times and what can be done to feel like your life is heading back on the right track
getting a regular sleep schedule is the first step
Keep to myself even at hard times cause I know if u keep moving forward with whatever task/goal at hand
It'll come
All i think about is balance at this point of my life but i feel like we gotta understand that true balance is hard to maintain so it's okay to be in a rut sometimes. As long you try to be on top of your s*** you'll be fine
do all the small s*** that makes you better, whatever form that comes in.
when you're in that cycle of constant stimulation from games and youtube and p*** or whatever it might be, you forget about the details
