    1. seek therapy if you can afford it

    if you cant really the only thing you can do is re focus your priorities on the things that make you happy. try volunteering. helping others can help you feel better about yourself

    if you got a support system reach out and let them know youre struggling. or just reach out to anyone

    whatever it is we gon get through it man

    A hobby like swimming, or anything grounding, really helps you appreciate the chaotic but rewarding nature of resolve

    for me when im suicidal its the little things that help

    ive been having the worst few weeks of my life where ive considered ending my own life but today im gonna spark up a backwood, and go hoop. its not much but the little things can sometimes help me remember what its like to be alive

    i know its cliche to say "go outside" but genuinely go out, take a walk, take in the environment. life is beautiful, the hard part is breaking through the false perceptions that your brain gives you when youre struggling

    Therapy helped me

    Opening up to safe people and telling them about it (a little scary but learning which people you can open up to is important)

    No magic solution but try to do things that you think will make you feel better, remember you should be the most important thing in your life and that it's not too late to change course

    I hope you get better, I know how it feels

  • Go outside and get some Air

    Go out during sunrise and sunset to get your circadian rhythm in order

    For me it was working out, finding something that challenging and fun( competitive pokemom then coding), and removing any pressure or stress that was making it worse.
