For me it was medication, therapy and physical activity (swimming)
A hobby like swimming, or anything grounding, really helps you appreciate the chaotic but rewarding nature of resolve

Therapy helped me
Opening up to safe people and telling them about it (a little scary but learning which people you can open up to is important)
No magic solution but try to do things that you think will make you feel better, remember you should be the most important thing in your life and that it's not too late to change course

For me it was working out, finding something that challenging and fun( competitive pokemom then coding), and removing any pressure or stress that was making it worse.
Appreciate all the advice fam most is stuff I already do some is stuff my health won't currently allow it's been on my mind really heavy today and im worried im gonna go through with it
