I get you op, a big thing is just to give a moment to breathe before you say anything in response. Assume the best intentions out of other people and if something genuinely jades you with what they say it's best to seek clarification on if it's what they actually meant, or sometimes just let it be and forget it. Your perception of the world is a reflection of you, so when you have these moments where emotions bubble up a***yze that feeling and try to see where it comes from.
