I tend to hold my own in most arguments we have but does anybody have any good experience with successfully dismantling red pill talking points? And it has to be on their terms. They won’t respond to the name calling.

Don't debate, just validate the concerns that he has that the redpill serves him then try to advocate for better views that open up new doors for him.

The worst thing people did for me when I disagreed was debate me I'd just double down, and it could've been over anything/everything. The only time I had my mind changed was when people at least went "I see why you think that way, and you're not wrong for thinking that way. But you might close certain doors with that train of thought."

The thing about red-pill philosophy is how overarching and systematic all of it is, and if that dude is in a place in his life where he don't wanna change his mind then you've gotta put in hella work it depends.

the red pill’s issue doesn’t lie with the whole “focus on yourself, work out, don’t chase women etc.” (that’s literally advice you could get out of a magazine or a father figure) the issue is pigeonholing both sexes into these stereotypes based on anecdotal evidence and literally no semi-plausible scientific theories whatsoever

a lot of it is hurt men generalizing women and setting a certain standard for men to reach, which perpetuates an ouroboros of manipulation, peacocking and posturing, which oftentimes leaves both parties feeling miserable

that isn’t even getting into how the U.S programs both sexes to think a certain type of way about one another through shows, movies, books, games etc.

and properly convey that there are ways to appreciate and apply the general self improvement aspects of Redpill living without adopting the toxic stuff.

Usually I find that some reasonable guys start to adopt this way of thinking cuz they’re looking for an outlet to express their masculinity without being admonished for it cuz social media and the discourse in general has worsened the dynamic between men and women, and these Redpill figures usually hook them in by sounding reasonable at first before indoctrinating them with their more hateful and absurd talking points

And also you could point out the hypocrisies in a lot of these Redpill figures and expose how they contradict themselves and aren’t the beacons of masculinity like they claim to be.
