    sometimes im a emotinal ass boy and i gotta stop that. All my problems in life are not real problems. Its just me being a b****.

    I need to grow the f*** up mentally and get my confidence up. I’m trying to work on myself by losing some weight its helping me, but that is not enough.

    mentally im a mess. I got trust issues, im toxic, im emotional, i basically care too much about people that i shouldn’t care about that much. I have mood swings, i can’t take a joke.

    In like 2 years i went from anti social as f*** to being really social. So now when i’m alone at homr or some s*** like that i hate it, that s*** boring af. I have a need off being social 24/7.

    I GOT PROBLEMS

    I learned to be confident by failing. I hit rock bottom and said “well, I’ve got nothing to lose from here.” Taught myself how to talk to girls and socialize and I’m pretty happy with where I’m at today (mentally and socially anyway, everything else is still a WIP).

    Basically you gotta be willing to try new things, learn from people, see what works and what doesn’t, fail, fail, and fail again. Eventually you’ll have failed so damn much you stop caring and suddenly everything just becomes “easy”, and that’s when you succeed. Or at least that was my experience. But build your own identity and don’t just imitate others. Good luck.

    Be around others who correlate and push you to be that better version and people who make you feel good
    Lose the sense of caring

    Not really a “how” in it. It’s a spark that comes from within and once you catch it you never lose it

    working out and being more mindful with my image - clothes, hair, posture, and just overall how i've carried myself has made a difference.

    meditation has been great for helping me become aware at why i think some of the negative things i do.

    reading the power of now helped me alot.

    having a variety of jobs can help.

    i think life experience plays a role too, alot of pressure for younglins to be super set straight after they turn 18/21, with patience one can become wiser, more mature, leading to greater confidence.

    watching some of my favourite sport clips help me alot, seeing someone else succeed on a very high level motivates me to accomplish my goals.

    You cant choose what happens to you, but you can choose how you respond and think about it

    step out of your comfort zone a lot more and you’ll understand better how to deal with some situations which makes you a bit more confident around other people
