Yeah you definitely have to be in the right state of mind for shrooms. Write yourself a note to remind you why you're taking them, and stay away from your phone

DON'T do this. D**** ain't gonna help. Put yo mind in the right place. Do things you enjoy, socialize more. Go to some social spaces. Throw them d**** out living a clean life is so much better, I promise you. Have fun but not too much fun. Keep a balance in life.

They have a tendency to act like a certain routine is the cure for everything wrong with someone’s life but that waking up at 3 AM stuff works for some people. I was just telling OP to go to their pages to get some ideas.
