    dry aged steak should never be more than medium imo

    i hate complaining when i’m out (i work in the industry) but sometimes you have to, which i think you should have done

    plus i’m sure as a regular they’d be more understanding to you. even if you still eat it just point it out and i’m sure they would have sent free drinks or taken something off the bill

    if someone ordered that steak well done the chef should have refused to make it because that’s just wasting s***. No reason for that to ever end up on someone’s plate

    i grew up with my dad grilling well done steaks because he didn't know how to do steaks for a long time
