    keep to a schedule, get lots of sleep, if you cant stay off your phone put it in a drawer or something, dont overwork yourself, dont study on the day of exams just look over notes

    sleep is key, if u smoke try taking a t break when u have a busy week, I always wake up at like 6 or 7 when I do and go to bed at like 9

    no amount of structure can beat hitting a pocket where you just go unconscious

    tho usually i like to make sure i have a few days of studying only that subject per class. sleep is important but 6-7 is what i shoot for instead of the usual 8-9.

    I been feeling like this too. I watched/read multiple stuff to make a routine to follow but seems am unable to follow it after few days

    might need to fix my sleep schedule cause i sleep like 5-6hours max
