also if ur gonna take addy start studying 15-30 mins before and dont let it f*** with your sleep, sleep is the most important part of preparing for exams

sleep is def important but ngl when I was taking addy to study I would literally wait till like the day before the exam and take 2-3 of those 20mg addy xr throughout the day and stay up all night/morning just making outlines for like half a textbook then studying that s*** till it was time to take the test. would kinda still be on one while taking them and I would finish a lot of them super quick on some crackhead s*** lol. then I would go home and sleep and wake up and not remember a single thing I studied for the test I took a few hours ago smh. college. fun times.

but when I stopped using addy to study and learned how to study like a normal person, good sleep was def very crucial.

I try to stick to normal studying but a lot of the time I end up taking adderall at dinner time the night before the exam, stay up til like 7 am, sleep for 2 hours then take another addy before the exam :/

i just break everything into pieces. take everything day by day. in the end my work is done and my exam grades are good, so its works. just do a little bit at a time. Like study a concept then go play games for an hour or two, then come back and repeat.

takes some diligence and commitment but it is byfar the most healthy studying method i've ever used in school

might be on to something. I thought about this but feel like it might reduce pressure too much and wont feel like im getting it done

Sleep and not overloading yourself is the most important. Getting burnt out is the #1 thing to try and avoid. If you push really hard and study 6 hours in one day, then get burnt out and don’t do s*** for 2 days, you could’ve just studied 2 hours each day and avoided burn out
