Idk how some of y’all enjoy that boring, quirky, pasty ass Marriage Story over this. Tried watching Marriage Story twice but that s*** is a bonafide snooze fest.

Even worst she Sabotaged herself by flaking on the audition, which she never would even gotta a shot at if it wasn’t for her relationship with him. All her smug little smirking and s*** is cute or whatever but she never had a point.

It's not nice watching people argue and yell. It's just not pleasing at all.

I just finished on my second try and the calm moments are ok. Zendaya kills it. I also like how the movie looks, and the music they used. But I don't find it entertaining, kept getting bored all the time.

It's not a race thing lol some movies can be boring to people, just like Mank, or I'm Thinking Of Ending This.

Marriage Story had way more than this movie imo, you see how their relationship starts to shake, how they kinda try to solve it, how they break up, the divorce, sharing the kid, trying to be friends.

Watched last night, thought it was a solid film and a more entertaining Marriage Story

Zendaya was great and JDW was lowkey hilarious with some of his rants

kinda funny reading press reviews that do the exact thing this movie attacked them for

this film is basically just Levinson sucking himself off for 100 minutes & using two black actors as his mouthpieces so when the critics panned it he’d feel justified in saying they didn’t get it cause they’re white & privileged

Marriage Story was bad too but at least the writing was believable.

I really don’t like using the word, but goddamn the writing here really is some pretentious ass s***. no one would ever say this type of s*** in a real-life scenario, not even them artsy LA folks
