    my niggas i can’t figure out who hurt me this much. My emotions are all f***ed up. it is starting to f*** up my social life. I get angry over the stupidest reasons, i get jealous over female friends that im not even dating. I overthink. I just hit up my doctor because i wanna see an psychiatrist. I wasn’t acting like this before covid, on god. Idk what is going on.

    Im at a point where hurting myself is on my mind.

    on one trip

    i'd also look into meditation

    meditate, limit social media, cut sugar, eat fruit consistently. run even just 10 min a day. basically, are you taking care of yourself? all of these things DIRECTLY affect your mental state.

    ye. Im gonna see them soon. And thats good. I know im gonna be friends with them probably my whole life.

    But what f***s with my brain is some good friends that i made through work. I know that we gonna move on after summer, because im moving back to my homecountry for a couple of years.

    And they are getting internships through school, but i have basically seen them everyday for the last 2 years, so we are really close. But i have a really hard time dealing with the fact that i won’t see them anymore after summer. I know im acting like a b****, but I can not move on. I hate change, man.

    im also dealing with derealisation which makes everything feel unreal at times. Its weird

    this is it. they perform in an almost symbiotic relationship. if you've been down emotionally, chances are you're not going to be taking care of yourself (physically), which degrades your mental even further. its a self perpetuating cycle. the only way to brake it is to perform small victories that add up. go walk for 5 minutes. eat an apple, talk to your coworker, give yourself 10 mintues to just sit and exist with no thoughts. over time these habits build up.

    Its hard but try to focus on the present. Its easy to think far ahead and cause yourself worry but just spend the time while you can and keep making effort and you'll be okay in the end

    its def a weird time you not alone also.

    To be more specific, there's a value we place on ourselves that is evident to others. If we have our s*** together, and if we place a high value on ourselves, that impacts our social relationships in a very strong way.

    So if your emotions are all over the place, it's possible that there's a physiological thing going on, and there are things you can do about that to make it better, like working out, sleeping well, eating better, cutting out p***, etc. You have to look out for your body first.

    But then you have to consider that your self image might be f***ed, that you're struggling with insecurity or self hatred and projecting that as anger onto other people. Maybe finding some small things that you can accomplish each day will help you to get some wins and see yourself in a better light, as well as regain some control in your life.

    You might also just need to get past this damn pandemic. It's depressing as hell, man.

    bro im gonna tell the doctor about me dealing with what i think is derealisation. Sometimes i be looking at my friends and it feels weird. I don’t know its like i feel disconnected, or i’m in a dream. I be looking at then and thinking where tf did u come from, or feeling like i dont actually know them. Then i go home from work and feel like i wasn’t with them an hour earlier. smh

    Idek how to explain it better, i guess i gotta let this one go to my doctor
