Go walk outside for 20sec looking out at the horizon. Then stop and without moving your head up, look up to the sky for 20 seconds using only your eyes. Really feel the muscles in your eyes straining looking as high up as possible. Head level. Then do 20 bodyweight squats.
Repeat all that again and see how ya feel.
