I know what you mean, but that’s not really true. He tries to put too many words in to little of space but he still starts every new bar on time in songs like Saint Pablo and nmpila. Now it sounds like he’s rapping (sounds more like talking) without actually listening to the instrumentals at all.

To me Donda feels like a better version of TLOP, but it doesn't reach the height of Saint Pablo

the tracks that are good are great, but yea both albums ultimately suffer from the manic episode he's been on basically since 09 that's just getting more out of control
