That s***s bad too.. Me and my group of friends in my early 20's (all hood dudes from Detroit) sold d**** because of that dumb s***.. Most of us ended up in jail.
Bro that seems like yall dumbass problem for choosing to sell d****. If there was no other avenue then sure but if its a choice then music wasnt the sole cause
It's not about me bro, I've met literally dozens of young kids with prescription d*** addictions.
sad but I dont see it happening unless something truly drastic happens
And theres dozens of artists who dont rap about that just google it bro . all u had to do is ask lol . stop being a sheep and listnening to the radio
Right, chicks, getting drunk, life struggles, stories from your past.. stories from your present.. f***ing fairy tales for all I care but not s*** that's gonna make my son or daughter pick up a pill bottle to try and fit in.
What makes getting drunk better?
Lost 2 of my homies to d****. im ready for that next wave too but d**** have been in music since forever so it aint ever gonna truly go out of style.
And the problem is deeper than music too
You didn’t sell solely because of music
Maybe not solely but I can definitely tell you it played a huge factor. We thought that s*** was cool because people like Jeezy made it sound so grandiose.
What makes getting drunk better?
I've known people who've drank for 50 years.. I've never met a junkie who lived more than 10
And theres dozens of artists who dont rap about that just google it bro . all u had to do is ask lol . stop being a sheep and listnening to the radio
I know, and it's the music I listen to.. But you gotta understand I have 2 little kids, so I gotta look out for them too.

😐 nigga what? I know junkies that are like 70 still doing booger sure or popping pills. Alcohol causes more people to die and is just as bad for your body in most cases
never gonna happen industry sees the $$$ in it
low-key I think companies that make percs and s*** like that give payola to the record labels to promote artists that rap about there products.

this is a new era bro this fentanyl laced s*** is killing way more people then covid-19
Lost 2 of my homies to d****. im ready for that next wave too but d**** have been in music since forever so it aint ever gonna truly go out of style.
And the problem is deeper than music too
I've lost at least 3 that I can think of off the top of my head.
You can miss me with all the music about lean/percs/ opioids of any form. That s*** creates 15-25 year old junkies. I've met too many, s***s gross.
stressful conditions and mental health problems create junkies
not rap songs
When you have kids your perspective is prolly gonna shift.. Young minds are very impressionable.
I know, and it's the music I listen to.. But you gotta understand I have 2 little kids, so I gotta look out for them too.
then make ur kids listen to logic and russ lol .
White people love listening to young black men rap about destroying themselves and their community OP
It’s too late
Sadly, d**** been apart of music forever and will probably stay like that
ye its literally a music thing lol good point . country is all about drinking and if u listen to the classics they doin Coke left to right .
stressful conditions and mental health problems create junkies
not rap songs
That definitely plays a roll but the music gives them a feedback loop that makes them think it's ok. I used to know this heroin addict named Ashley who would sing the "candle and a spoon" lyrics from this like it was her theme song or some s***..
I feel like it's getting better. Last generation we had guys like Pump, Carti, Juice WRLD who based a large part of their identity around being on opiates, and acted like they were on high 24/7.
I feel like this new generation seems way less into d****. Guys like Roddy Ricch, Polo G, Rod Wave. Like maybe they still have some bars about it, but it seems way less prevalent than it did a couple years ago.
