Nah this was through insurance when I was in a 9-6 job. Therapist was good. Some of us got PTSD and trauma. Matter fact most of us do and especially trauma, it's often misaddressed or never opened up. There's a lot of gems behind that when you feel through it

I feel you OP. just find love for the art and don’t worry about the exposure. I’m going/went through a similar thing. Ended up with 2 albums with no listeners plus, All my files got deleted, etc. My advice would be to stay away from d**** and alcohol if you’re feeling depressed. There’s no reason to put pressure on yourself to make it big.
